From the founder and owners of the iconic Uptown Cafe comes an exciting new culinary experience to the ONE15. Michael and Galen Cassady will be introducing a new restaurant and bar concept on the first and second floors of ONE15. The restaurant will occupy the first floor on Kirkwood Avenue. From the restaurant, patrons will be able to access the bar on the second floor. It is a one of a kind space offering outdoor balcony seating along Kirkwood. Whether you are a resident of ONE15, from Bloomington or a visitor you’ll now need to decide do we go to the Uptown tonight or to this exciting new concept from the Cassadys?
